Checking Project Site inside and outside

This is just a small portion of houses/jobsites we saw over many years. Everyday we see something different.
We always try to do proper inspection inside and outside for each project. We have a whole check list that we go through all the time. Our goal is to do it right. Your floors should last for very, very, very long time, also we like to help you protect your nice investment/improvement,
so you can enjoy it long time. If you think that you are the only one who loves wood floors, you're wrong, we love them even more. Every house is different, every floor is different, every concrete slab is different, and so on. Many homeowners think what are they doing? (Personally, I can feel it without anybody saying a word to anybody), but this is very important part of installation. We will not change it or skip it, we might not win every project, but we will always try to do it right. We hope you enjoy some of the pictures.

Dark kempas - every wood needs to be tested.

plywood check - It can look dry, different kind of flooring has different requirements.

Sub osb check - we still have to check the moisture of the sub floor.

Still lot of paint - Some vapor barrier systems require to remove all the paint and glue. The prep work might cost more to remove all that or other stuff (especially old vynil cut back mastic/glue).
